It would be very subjective without going into the depths of what kind of training you provide to the employees, its purposes, and target audience. For measuring the effectiveness of the imparted training, a pre-and-post analysis is carried out, and the gap in the effectiveness part is identified. It may show the effectiveness or reveal any defects in the training imparted.
