Hi Sir,

I had been working for an MNC but was told to leave the company on the 25th of April. They stated that I would not be getting a salary this month and that I would receive payment for two months starting in May. However, it has been 2.5 months since then, and I haven't received any payment from them, not even for the days I actually worked. Is there any way I can take action against them to get my money as soon as possible? I have loans to pay, and I have already missed two payment cycles.

Sonam,

You may send them a written letter asking for your Full & Final Settlement and copy the area labor enforcement officer on it by registered mail with acknowledgment. If, however, they do not respond to your letter, you may directly approach the legal procedures through the local labor office.
