Hi Friends,
I have a question. If somebody doesn't get any improvement in his/her job i.e., (something new in work level) even after an order from higher authority, where team leader shows partially, where - your every matter is disclosed to immediate boss by team leader and you get nothing but more and more penalty in some form. In such situation what should a person do? Should he/she carry on or quit the job? Particularly, when he/she is not even counted in issues for which he/she is working.
opinions please:/

Dear Ashraf ji,
Greeting of the day to you as well all viewers.
I have not understood what you said. But I always give advise that you either LOVE or LEAVE. When you LOVE, love with wholeheartedly and when you LEAVE, you leave it gracefully. Please do not make COMPROMISE in those two "L". There is nothing else in between those two "L".
This is applicable in every relation. But I will not advise it in marriage. There you need "C".
