Please let me know, for PF withdrawal should I directly download Form 10C and Form 19 from the internet, get them filled, and send them to the PF office, or should I first talk to my previous employer regarding the withdrawal of PF.

Dear Savpril, You can download the form and get it signed by the signing authority of the company for PF. You have to attach Form 3 A which you will get from the employer. Regards Upasna
