Sir, my problem is that my company belongs to South India and has closed permanently. I applied for PF withdrawal with the bank manager's signature on the form. However, the issue now is that the PF office has not received Form 9 submitted by the employer. How can I withdraw my PF? Please suggest.

Dear Praksh,

The employer is responsible for submission of all forms, including Form #9, etc. You are a member of the EPF Fund by virtue of your employment. Please inform the PF Department to take up the matter with the employer and not to hold up your withdrawal for employer lapse. If you know the address of the employer, you can share the same discreetly with the department.

Sir, my problem is that I am working in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand, and my employer is not processing my PF amount. Many times I have called the office, but there is no response. How should I complain against him? Please let me know what actions can be taken. Is there any online website or link available for this purpose?

You lodge an online grievance with all relevant details and reference number in the EPFO portal. Your grievance will be redressed, or else you can escalate the matter to the higher-ups. You do not bother about your employer's lapses. It is the concern of the local EPFO, and as a member, you have every right to raise the grievance.
