Hi Jeena,
Thank you for the reply. Currently, I have around 9 years of experience in marketing and sales (business development). I have worked in a call center for about a year or so, and my major experience is in the recruitment industry with regards to business development. I wanted to utilize these skills of mine in training, but I'm not sure which industry this would fall into.

Sunny

Hi Jeena,
I believe sales is the blood circulation for any industry.. in that some of the topics I can think of training will be
1] How to plan sales and prospects
2] Negotiation Skills ·
3] Convincing Skills
4] Closing a Sale ·
5] Latest Marketing Techniques ·
6] How to handle objections and rejections?
7] Sales strategies and techniques·
Well, these are some of the topics which i can think of right now, should i call it personal skill development, soft skills or what exactly... and how should i approach any training institutes to be associated with them as one of the faculty??
Please help..
Regards

Oh, so you don't have an offer in hand. Okay, your topics seem more focused on the Marketing side. These topics are not taught anywhere in institutions, I feel. If you really like training, go for personality development training where you can approach colleges and ask them to give you an opportunity to take a class on personal skill development. Or you can try a language trainer position (if you feel confident) to teach English for IELTS or Spoken English. Many private institutions are there that offer language development courses as well. If you really want to give Marketing topic training itself, then you can try to approach colleges that have MBA students or courses related to marketing and tell them you can take a class for the Marketing batch. I hope you're clear.
