Dear Members,

I am a regular reader of CITE HR articles and I have made quite a few acquaintances .

I wish to post a query which might be new in nature unlike other commonly mentioned topics.

I work for a bottling company in the FMCG industry.Majority of our sales is through sales men cum drivers , retailers , distributors , etc.

Of course we have also ventured into Modern Trade, Institutional and corporate sales.

Most of the retail sales men are not at all good with english language which is quite natural to accept considering thier backgrounds , etc.

I have suggested my management to initiate basic english grammar classes as I used to give tuitions earlier for 6 years where i used to teach english to my students,

Can anyone contribute to this idea of mine and help me with notes , online books , sheets , etc , presentations.

I am doing this at a personal level and my classes shall be conducted in my company only after office hours and this shall not be a part of my KRA's therefore I really want to make it successful and apepar systematic .

Awaiting some really good and early replies.

Regards,

Hi Friend,
Great to know that you are helping your employees with their language skills.
For articles and exercises on Grammar, you can Google "esl" (English as second language). The search will get you links to lot of English grammar related sites and you can download exercises of your choice (please check for copyrights).
Amongst most "Dave's esl cafe" is an impressive site.
