Dear Nishikanth, fine. But you can include some more KRAs like statutory compliances which HR attend, pending works status, Training calender etd. Make it comprehensive one, which will help you.

    we have required an HR Mis Per-forma in which we can state deptt. wise new joinnings, salary, OT, increments,no of employees, left service employees, last month this month comparison, new requirements,
    suggestion to management, recommendations, major points, and all other information (summary) of HR Related issues.
    please provide me samples of formats so that i can report to management timely.
