Hey Guys,

I am keen on pursuing an Executive MBA in HR, and wanted to know which Institutes cater to these courses. I would prefer a one year course and from a reputed Institute which is recognized by all.
I have done a one part time PGDHR from Xavier’s Institute of Management (XIM-Mumbai) and have in all 7 years of relevant HR experience. I am currently working as Assistant Manager HR with experience in Recruitments, Corporate HR, Training & Induction and Organization Development.

Hey you can choose any university/institute for this as there are numbers of options are available today. You can go with Anna Malai or Symbiosis for example bcz the matter is that you have to study hard and Diploma. Go to the search engine and get the best option according to you what you want. Read all the terms, study cycle, Study and examination procedure and select one...

I personally and professionally thinks that we need to hard work and understand the concept of Executive MBA course and what this Executive course can do for us and what are the benefits of the same, why this Executive courses are offering to us. We have to place ourselves in the market with our knowledge and skill which will enable us to get our goal and achievements.

Yes, Degree/Diplomas are really important in this regards but we all knows that there are numbers of peoples who have Degrees and more but still unemployed bcz of lack of experience and practical knowledge and understanding...

Therefore wherever you go, go with your heart, show hard work, understand the concept and give your 100%.

Best of Luck
