Can anybody clarify the minimum wages to be paid to skilled labor in Mumbai for an 8-hour duty? What is the overtime (O.T.) rate beyond this 8-hour duty, and are there any provisions for a weekly day off? Also, if someone works continuously for a month on a 12-hour duty every day, how should their monthly salary be calculated?
