Someone tell me, how to calculate Basic and DA in Delhi's Minimum wages.

If current:
a) Unskilled 13,350/-
b) Semi-skilled 14,698/-
c) Skilled 16,182/-
d) Clerical and supervisory staff:
i) Non-Matriculate 14,698/-
ii) Matriculate but not Graduate 16,182/-
iii) Graduate and above 17,604/-

How can I find out Basic and DA?

Some details below: Consumer Price Index series.

(It may be noted that the minimum rates of wages fixed in Delhi, from time to time, are linked with All India Consumer Price Index Series, 2001 (Base 2001=100). For Dearness Allowance neutralization, the rate of adjustment is taken as Rs. 1.35 per point for Unskilled, Rs. 1.50 per point for Semi-skilled, Rs. 1.65 per point for Skilled, Rs. 1.50 per point for Non-Matriculates, Rs. 1.65 per point for Matriculates but not Graduate, and Rs. 1.80 per point for Graduate and above.)

Minimum wage is the basic wage that every employer must pay to their employees. It is a compulsory wage that every employee should receive from their employer.

As per the Notification of the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi dated 31-05-2017, revised rates of Dearness Allowance are declared, effective from 01-04-2017.

Based on the revised rate of Dearness Allowance, I have bifurcated the Salary and Dearness Allowance on a monthly and per day basis. If I am not mistaken, the details are as follows:

1. Category: Unskilled
A) Basic Salary per Day: 513/-
B) Basic D.A. per Day: 9/-
C) Basic Salary per Month: 13350/-
D) Basic D.A. per Month: 234/-

2. Category: Semi-skilled & Non-Matriculate
A) Basic Salary per Day: 565/-
B) Basic D.A. per Day: 10/-
C) Basic Salary per Month: 14698/-
D) Basic D.A. per Month: 260/-

3. Category: Skilled & Matriculate but not Graduate
A) Basic Salary per Day: 622/-
B) Basic D.A. per Day: 11/-
C) Basic Salary per Month: 16182/-
D) Basic D.A. per Month: 286/-

4. Category: Graduate and above
A) Basic Salary per Day: 677/-
B) Basic D.A. per Day: 12/-
C) Basic Salary per Month: 17604/-
D) Basic D.A. per Month: 312/-
