Hi,

Could any user who has experience with Adrenalin provide me with feedback on Adrenalin HRIS? Specifically:

1. How flexible and stable is it for a company with 1000+ employees? I am interested in its flexibility in terms of customizing forms, fields, security, and workflow directly from the front end.

2. What level of customization does it support to meet our business requirements?

3. Are the customer and technical support services satisfactory?

Hi Nitin,

We have Adrenalin for our organization. Although we have only 120 employees, we still face many problems. Sometimes the customizations are tough. We are satisfied with Adrenalin only in terms of its attendance and leave management system. The customer support provided by them is excellent, but it would have been great if we had encountered fewer problems. Perhaps every software takes its time to get customized according to the customer's needs.

Thanks,
Neha

Hi Nitin,

For the past two years, I have been using Adrenalin, and it has been delivering good results. Adrenalin HRMS will address almost all of your concerns. They have good case studies. Ask them to share some references to gain more confidence.

Hi Nitin,

I will try to answer your questions.

Can any user using Adrenalin give me feedback on Adrenalin HRIS...i.e.

The product is very good. It is already proven in the market, although it is costly compared to local HRIS, the value addition is much higher. It is as robust and comprehensive as SAP and PeopleSoft but highly user-friendly.

1. How flexible and stable is it for a 1000+ employee company? Flexibility in terms of customizing forms, fields, security, and workflow from the front end itself.

You have only 1000+ employees, while Adrenalin is involved with customers who have more than 30,000+ employees.

2. Also, what kind of customization can it support to match our business requirements?

Customization: The customization is possible, but it is required once the complete implementation is done, and the user uses it for some time. The initial requirement of customization does not stop the product from working. There is always a gap between the user and the service provider. Many functions that seem to require customization initially may be better handled by the product's inbuilt functionality after use. Hence, any product is suggested to go for an AS-IS implementation.

Could you share your business process that you find is not directly available in the product? Only then can I comment on your customization requirement.

3. Is the customer and technical support provided satisfactory?

This is the reason it has been implemented in major enterprise-level customers who have been happy for a decade.

Dear Nitin,

I was with Adrenalin until recently, after serving the sales team for nearly four years. The product is stable and recommendable for any organization seeking HR automation (the biggest client live is an insurance company with more than 25K employees).

The configuration options allow the product to be controlled by HR with very little involvement of the IT team in product administration. After the implementation is complete, the IT team's involvement is to ensure server uptimes and backups. Everything else is controlled and managed by HR. I have not seen this in ERP HR products that can only be called viable competition to Adrenalin.

They organize webinars for the product twice a week. You can enroll in them by visiting their website Adrenalin, Software Development, HR Software, Payroll Software India, IT Services Company and registering for the webinar or calling their toll-free number.

While evaluating the product, it would be better if your business objectives are clear with you; otherwise, the product has much to offer (around 30-32 modules are there) ... define the scope, ask them to demonstrate and buy...

Hi,

According to me, it is good, flexible, stable, and HR-friendly software. It is a very scalable application. Flexibility is its strength, and at the same time a weakness, so you have to be very careful when you are going for customization.

It is one of the best HRIS software for headcount up to 20,000 employees. (Because I have not used/tested this application with more than 20,000 employees' data, I have no idea.)
