We are in discussion with Bennet Technologies for their HRMS software called Mentis and wanted to have a feedback on this product.
As per the demo the product looked quite useful but I would appreciate comments/feedback by someone who has already used it.

Chk with their HRMS Clients specifically....their feedback would help....generally HRMS implementation undergoes a lot of customizations as HR is different everywhere.
Any HRMS should be easily customizable....

We have also analysed Mentis. it's pretty good and economical. :lol:
We are in final stage to close the deal.They have just launched there community edition of HRMS and providing new modules without any additional cost.
