My Suggestion is that do not take payroll function in HRMS as most of them are not customisable. Payroll and PF and Compliance etc best outsourced to specialised companies.

You SHOULD check out other softwares. We did evaluate Adrenalin. I will not be able to give more details about our study (courtsey NDA). But bottom line is, check the market once again for other products.

It used to be good but their support and implementation now is not so good. The biggest issue with them would be scalability issues and upgrades. Be careful.
