I am a graduate employee working in a PF, ESIC, and Labour Law-based consultancy in Delhi and can handle this work independently. Although I do not hold an MBA degree yet, can I apply for an HR Executive job? Will any company be interested in hiring me for an HR executive position? I am aware that typically companies prefer MBA students for this role, but I believe they may struggle to manage this work effectively on many occasions, often having to rely on consultants or C.A. for support. Please suggest any advice.

Hi,
A person with tremendous knowledge in HR (Core) need not have an HR degree. Although an MBA in HR would add a feather in one's cap, it is the practical implementation and execution of HR roles in any corporate company that provides a solid foundation for any HR professional.
