hi all pls answer- PF is managed by trust (co) & u left without being relieved, can co block pf a/c or stop withdrawl ?? If yes what is the remedy ?? :icon14::icon14:

Trust has no power to with held the PF due to not releiving. Trust has managed the money for welfare of employees with guidance of government pf authority.

The company cannot stop the PF withdrawal but can use some delay tactics. Kindly make an application to the trust requesting the release of your PF accumulation. If they do not provide it within a reasonable time, you can approach the regional PF office and bring the matter to their notice.
