Requirements:
- Candidate should have experience in a specialist Comp and Ben role in an IT company.
- Ability to analyze and recommend salary, bonus, long-term incentive approaches by studying practices used by a peer group of companies.
- Sound knowledge of the cost of living of various countries and thus the ability to recommend salaries for various countries/per diem structure/health insurance, etc.
- Ability to understand and (to some extent design) and administer employee benefits programs such as mediclaim, term life insurance plans, accidental death policies, and other voluntary benefit plans.
Education: MBA in HR
