Hi,

We are into corporate training and currently in the process of performance appraisal. We follow the 360-degree appraisal system. I am looking for generic appraisal parameters that would be relevant for the Managers and Team Leaders. The parameters should be department-specific for Marketing, Training, Technical Support, Finance, and Admin.

You may also look at the conceptual framework of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) that has four main components ("perspectives" as they use the term) - Financial, Customer, Internal Process, Learning & innovation. You can develop KPIs (from the source suggested by sadafaanjum) within each of these. That would make your presentation look more organized. (Just a thought).
