6. Role of HR as Culture builders rather than operations / clerical activities
7. Leadership pipeline/development
8. Career Planning
9. Some metrics to show HR efforts being measured - interview to offer to joining ratio, C&B benchmarking exercise, T&D metrics, appraisal parameters etc
