Hi Renuka, there are a many initiatives you can try ou to make HR presence visible:
1. Events (Fun games, parties, etc.)
2. Team Building activities
3. Arranging meetings with senior management and HR team
4. Sharing a summary of policies in brief over email for their quick understanding, etc.
Try some of them... I'm sure they all will give you desired results.
