Dr. Mamkoottam is a Professor of Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations at the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) at the University of Delhi.
Dr. Mamkoottam has held various other positions, including being an Independent Director on the Board of Companies, an India-EEC Fellow at ESADE in Barcelona, an External Examiner for the Faculty of Law and Management at the University of Mauritius, a Member of Governing Bodies of DU Colleges, and has served as Chairman, Provost, and Member of University Hostels. Additionally, Dr. Mamkoottam has experience as the Director of the Centre for Applied Behavioural Sciences and Action Research, served as a Board Member of NGOs and several academic Journals, and worked as Research and Consulting Faculty at the Shri Ram Centre for Industrial Relations and Human Resources. He also has experience as a UGC Research Associate and has worked as a Lecturer in the Department of Sociology at the University of Delhi. Furthermore, Dr. Mamkoottam was a UGC Senior Research Fellow at the University of Delhi.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Dr. Mamkoottam holds a Master's degree in Sociology from the Delhi School of Economics. He received his doctoral degree (Ph.D.) from the University of Delhi in 1977 for his thesis on Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations based on a study conducted at the Tata Steel Company in Jamshedpur.

She has earned an M.A. and M.Phil. in Psychology from the University of Delhi and a Ph.D. in Management from the Faculty of Management Studies. With over 20 years of experience in academics, she specializes in Organization Behavior, Organization Change, Organization Development, and Counseling Skills for Managers. Actively engaged in teaching, training, research, and consultancy, focusing on Team Building, Interpersonal Relations, Stress Management, Learning Organization, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, and other significant areas related to behavioral sciences. She has facilitated numerous training workshops for both private and public sector organizations in the areas of Organization Behavior and Change. Awarded the Career Award for Young Teachers by AICTE for the financial year 2002-2003. She has published over 20 Research Papers, 4 Books, and completed 3 Research Projects. Presented a number of Papers in National and International Conferences. Recently nominated by the University of Delhi to attend a Colloquium on Participant-Centric Learning at Harvard Business School.
