I had sought voluntary retirement at the age of 50 years from a private limited company. After the EPF Pension notification, I was granted a certain amount of EPF Pension, which I am receiving regularly through a branch of the Punjab National Bank. I just want to know if there is any provision for granting installments of interim relief to EPF Pensioners like Central Govt. Pensioners. If so, could you provide details since my bank does not have any information on the subject, and I continue to receive the same amount of pension as was originally sanctioned in 2000.

Dear Friend,

Really fantastic job. This will not only be an informative collection but also a useful resource for our other friends to use in their day-to-day work. With this, we won't need to wait for another post; we can update it ourselves monthly. You have provided the startup, and the rest of our friends can update it. Good job! Keep it up.

Very useful. If the judgements are categorized under various heads like ESI, EPF, Probationers, it will be much more useful.

Dear Mr. Krishnamurthy,

I would like to do as you suggested, but you can understand that we do such things sparing some time from our regular work. After compiling such information, it is really very difficult to categorize the same. I would like to request our friends to use their subordinates for this work, and if you can do it that way, please post it in this forum.

Thank you,
