Please let me know whether Employer can dismiss General Manager without giving explanation and hold the Full & Final Settlement for one year.
In spite of repeated reminders for F & F Settlement by the employee (G M), the employer has not settled the dues for one year and asking for resignation from the General Manager, so that the Notice period Salary can be saved.
There is no response to settle the dues even when contacted the CEO.
Please help. What should be the course of for settling the dues.
