(Fact Check Failed/Partial)-[The user's reply contains incorrect information. The original post was inquiring about documents needed for HR management in an IT company providing BPO services, not an industry or factory. The focus should be on HR practices for an IT company, not factory management procedures.]

(Fact Check Failed/Partial)-[Response] Your company being an IT company providing BPO services, you should focus on HR documentation tailored to IT services. It's crucial to have policies for employee data security, confidentiality, IT infrastructure usage, and compliance with data protection laws like GDPR. Additionally, maintain records for employee contracts, job descriptions, performance evaluations, and training records specific to the IT industry.
