Hi,

Mike has provided you with a very good guideline, and if you simply scale it down to the level of the assistant trainers' requirements, I think you will have a great outline of a suitable KRA on hand. Having said that, in my view, the KRA of assistant trainers would depend on the size of your training institution, the type of training, the frequency, and the levels at which the training is imparted.

However, very broadly, you could consider the following:
- For technical training, the assistant trainers can focus on imparting practical hands-on guidance, especially the support required on computers or machines.
- For soft skills training, they can help in the preparation of handouts and deliver select portions of the module in a classroom session.
- They can also assist in organizing outdoor activities, exercises, games, etc., where you might require support.
- Get them involved in organizing the more mundane parts of the training, such as organizing the venue, registration, requirements during breaks, and collating feedback, etc.
