1) What type of Performance appraisal is followed in your Organization ? 360 Degree OR 180 Degree appraisal.
2) What are the points to be remembered while preparing a appraisal Format.
3) What are process followed for both 180 and 360 Degree appraisal from starting till End of the process for any individual employee
