it is very innovative to link mohter with HR one more thing i want to add that HR Is overhead Department so just like a kid, they give their some part of their salary to mother , same case with HR some portion of all employees salary bear the cost of HR Dept. And give money to run that dept.
please comments is it? i m right ?

Good presentation, and endeavored to manifest the good resemblance of HR in motHeR. Actually it should be like that but truly speaking its not as it is.
Whatever we are doing in the organization we got paid for that even every one is running after the money their in the organization so how can we make any kind of comparison of HR with mother.
When you change the organization it means that being a mother of the employee of that company you are leaving your children.
How it could be possible.
