You can contact them and ask if CDs of the recordings are available.
It will help you learn about innovative practices of various organisations (Public sector and private sector both).

Dear Sanketh,

Whenever I conduct the training programme, I ask engineers - do you implement all the knowledge that you gained during your engineering course? I get the answer that, what we have learnt, out of that only 40-50% is applicable over here. Then I ask, out of that 40-50% how much use it in your day to day job? I get the answer that it is just 10-20%

If this is the case, then there is a great scope to implement remaining 20-30% What holds you back? They become mute and they do not have any answer.

Encourage employees to implement learning at their workplace. Nothing is satisfying than seeing a change that we created.

Make your company biggest forum where implementation of learning is encouraged.

Trust me, if every employee decides to implement 5% of his/her un-utilised knowledge, it will create a vast difference in your company. It will reduce attrition and will have better work culture. Employees will less concentrate about the hygiene factors.

Ok...
