hi all
I wanted to know what are the minimum months working required for withdrawal of PF. I have heard if a employee has his PF account being opened for less than 6 months in a company than his account lapses at the time of resignation, if he does not want it to be transferred.
Futher can anybody provide me guidance regarding LLB. I have done MBA hr and want to do futher study. how far LLB is useful to me? Is there any authentic distance learning course. Kindly help.

Hey,
You can withdraw your PF... Firstly, you complete your formalities of documentation, mean by, submit your withdrawal forms like Form 19, Form 10C, Identity proof (eg. PAN Card copy) and Single Holder Bank Statement / Canceled Cheque...
Submit the above docs to your Employer... Your employer will signed / stamped and attached Form 5, Form 10 and Form 3A along with that and submit to the respective PF Office and get acknowledge..
This is the process....
Now if your employer is not responding to it than you directly submit it / register ad. to PF Office...
PF Office will sent it to your company as its not been signed by the company authorized person... than they have to do the needful and reply to PF office...

the case, one of my employee joined our org in sept 2010, and left in dec 2010. Now his PF has been deducted for 4 months only. Trivial PF would have been added has been added in his account and he even does want it to be transfered. So is he going to get that amt or is that going to lapse.
