Hi Archana,
Personality Development starts with understanding of oneself. You can start with Personality Profiling, give the participants an understanding of various personality types, you can even include profiling of individuals using tools like thomas profiling, mbti.
Once the participants get to know themselves better, you can focus on suggesting improvements to their communication skills, esp. listening skills (every one focuses on one way communication - speaking, while listening is the casualty!).
You could even use handwriting analysis for a quick feedback on their unique characteristics / traits, strengths that they can leverage or improvement areas to focus on.
Of course, how much you can cover depends on the duration of the programme you are conducting.
At the end you can correlate these areas to their roles at work place with some live case studies etc.,
Prasad.

Hi Archana,
PERSONALITY is defined as a balance perfection of a healthy body, an illumined mind, and controlled emotions.
Here are the twelve (12) steps toward PERSONAL POWER :
1)RADIANT HEALTH OF BODY AND MIND
2) WILLINGNESS TO PAY THE PRICE (NOT MONEY )
3) AN OPEN MIND
4) A PLEASANT BUT CONVINCING VOICE
5) A SENSE OF OBSERVATION AND IMAGINATION
6) A SENSE OF HUMOR
7) DESIRE TO EXCEL IN SERVICE
8) TACT IN DEALING WITH OTHERS
9) A SELF-CONFIDENT POINT OF VIEW..A POISED MIND
10) ABSOLUTE HONESTY IN ALL THE MATTERS
11) OPTIMISTIC ENTHUSIASM
12) PERSONALITY AND WILL TO CARRY ON
and above all "ATTITUDE" plays a vital role
-------------
A person is first observed through their physical appearance and how they project themselves in front of others. People are likely to judge one first by their outward appearance. They form an impression of one by what they SEE before they hear them speak.

you can start by giving some basic dif about personality. then in the following slides put some photograps of some esteemed personalities like gandhi, hitler, some bus tychoons and then let audience say a word that will reflect there prosnilty. this way start the session by continuing about the personality theories like MBTI, type A, Type b theory etc. to make the session lighter give the audience some personality test which you know better and judege thier personailty. you can also take part of body language, grooming techniques and commucnication because these all help in framing the personality.

if condcuting a perosnalty test is difficult for you you may take help of some illusion images and let audience perceive them and you depict their personality. this way they will learn more and will enjoy the seesion too.

I am attaching the MBTI folder (got by the virtue of esteem members of cite hr) and a LINK which will help you to make your presentation better and distinguishing.
