Separation process starts with the Notice of resignation given by the employee.. after serving the notice period, at the end of day he is asked for Exit Interview, then after issued an experience letter as well as Relieving order..
After separation his Full & Final settlement is been prepared and its transferred to commercial people then after they credit the same within 15 to 21 days in their account..
