I am working as HR-Executive in a Software Firm; here we are planning an event called “FUN FRIDAY” once a month. As discuss with management we need to arrange the games were group of 10 members can be involved. The games can be on any type e.g Leadership, Team Building etc.
So members need your help on the same.

You can conduct a simple game, for example:
a. Make two teams containing no more than five members each (teams and team members can vary).
b. Give one common theme for both teams to draw a sketch.
c. Ask them to draw a picture based on that theme, with every team member contributing to the picture.
d. The leader of the team should be able to elaborate and connect the picture with the given theme.
This activity will help foster creativity and team spirit while working towards common goals.
