Dear Frineds,
I've put in my resignation at the start of this month. I've been requesting for acceptance of resignation from the management since then. Even a mail has gone out from my end. However, its been more thatn 10 days, and I've yet to hear anything from their end.
There is no comminication as to:
1. Acceptance of resignation;
2. Handover of charge etc. inspite of verbal and reminder via mail.
What is the position of the employee in such a case? I've got an assistant, to whom I've been handing over the job for all these days, and I'm almost through with it. Will I be held back by the management on the pretex that the handover was not proper etc etc??
Please advice...
