Please let me know the mandatory statutory submissions under the Factories Act 1948. Our factory is located in Karnataka, and we received our Factory license in February 2025. Ours is a non-hazardous process factory where we only do assembly works for connectivity switches for two-wheelers.

My Dear,
Under normal working conditions, you must submit half-yearly and yearly returns in July and January of the subsequent year and a license renewal form in September every year. The rest of the formalities depend on your requirements or incident/accident.
