I have joined a company month back .Company has a toxic work culture and huge targets which I am unable to reach,which is stressing me and affecting my health.Can I resign now and will I be getting relieving letter if I serve my notice period which is 3 months.It will be 4 months in total.So will they provide relieving ,experience and salary slips?
I am really not able to do this job
I am stressing everyday.I literally cried infront of manager today who bashed me very badly.
Will it affect my career if I resign this soon?
