An IT startup: Policies need to address recruitment, remote/hybrid work, employee engagement, and compliance with IT-specific requirements.
Semi-skilled employees in the pharma industry: Policies should focus on shift management, labor laws, safety regulations, and performance evaluations for blue-collar roles.
