Hi All, I am working for an MNC as C2H with a vendor payroll and as per my contract, I need to serve the notice period of 30 days and plan accordingly and I have sent a resignation mail to all the vendors and Managers, Had one on one with the manager and they are saying they cannot relieve me due to their requirement and they are not able to find the new candidate,

But I have made plans for my future as I was not getting my salary on time they delayed my salary for two months and after following up multiple times they have deposited and for this month also they delayed, and I lent money to pay EMI. After sending multiple reminders, they are not providing any LWD. Is this how an employee should wait even if he gets some better offer or has some future plans? Kindly suggest to me how to move out from this place.

Thanks in advance

Hi,

Employer can delay the relieving date /request for additional days support but cannot deny the reliving. Persuade them for some relieving date. Also you need to handle this situation diplomatically. If you strain the relationship with the employer you might face hardship. So deal it carefully.
