I was deeply saddened to learn about the passing of your father, Mr. Bharat Gera. On behalf of the online HR forum at www.citehr.com, I would like to extend our heartfelt condolences to you and your family during this difficult time.

Mr. Gera was a senior member of our community, and his generosity in sharing his professional advice with junior members will be truly remembered. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

He was a veteran in the HR profession. During his tenure as Head of HR at Reliance Communication, the headcount of personnel rose from a few hundred to more than eighty thousand. He was the driving force behind such massive recruitment. In 2016, I had a training assignment in Thane and he came to the hotel to meet me. It was a pleasure to meet him, and I remember our meeting vividly.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Regards,
