Dear Sirs,

We have a cafeteria in our corporate office where food is provided by a third party who serves our employees in the cafeteria. Is registration of the contract required in this case? We have more than 50 contract laborers in our office.

Thanks & Regards,

As per the post, the contract labor is not only supplying food but also serving it. Therefore, those contract laborers are engaged for specific tasks.

Registration of the contract by the Principal Employer (PE) is essential.
