Hi,
An HR Policy Manual outlines the key processes behind your organization's policies, expectations, and business operations. Hence, HR Policy Manuals vary from organization to organization. You may browse online or this forum for some formats to get an idea, but you need to prepare your own. There is no ready-made manual that you can use directly.

I am an HR Consultant and also a Trainer of HR and soft skills across India and Gulf countries. I have 40 years of industry experience and have been involved in training and consultancy for 12 years. I have provided customized HR Policy manuals. As rightly mentioned above, there is no standard manual. Much depends upon the nature of the industry, location, company's vision, mission, values, current business practices, etc. If you are interested, hire me as your consultant, as there is no free lunch in this world! I need to discuss with you and other concerned people to draft the policies. There are more than 150 policies, many of which need to be customized to your organization. It is not an easy task. Best wishes.
