Staggered off has not been made a law in India though there is a proposal. But many companies especially the companies which work for 7 days follow this practice of staggering the weekly off.

By staggering weekly off means having separate weekly off as against one weekly off, say Sunday, common for all the employees. Am I not correct Sir?

I think you are correct, Mr.Madhu. Simply put, it is a scheme of rotational weekly off to employees working in establishments to which statutory weekly day of closure is not prescribed.
