In fact, there is no possibility to create a new ESI when joining a new company. The only option is to use the same IP number when you join the new company. By doing this, you will enjoy all benefits based on the contributory conditions in the new company right from the day of joining. Therefore, when joining, please provide your current ESI number to the HR Executive who is handling the onboarding process.
