You have to follow the applicable state act (because it may slightly differ from state to state). You can provide:
- Earn Leave (EL)
- Casual Leave (CL)
- Sick Leave (SL)
- Compensatory Off (Comp-off)
- Maternity Leave (ML) (As per the Maternity Benefit Act)
You can also implement a policy on:
- First & Third and Second & Fourth Saturdays off (For Staff level).
