Karunakaran24 Do you have permission from management to publish that document outside of the organisation in an open forum like this?

There is no standard HR Policy manual as such. These need to be tailor-made for each organisation based on several factors like type of organisation, industry, domain, location, the organisational vision, mission, values and a lot more. One cannot copy and paste and later on get into trouble. The wisest thing which I can advise is to hire an expert like me in this field, who will do extensive research and hold discussion with management and HR team and come out with a unique policy manual acceptable to all in the organisation and which will be as per industry norms. Best wishes

As senior colleagues say in the matter, you need to devise/frame your HR policy which may fit into your organization. As a first step, you need to discuss this with your top management.
