Hello Everyone,
In recent times, I have gone through many comments and complaints regarding jobs. Human resource managers and recruiters are not getting proper candidates. I have observed that human resource managers and recruiters are having a lot of problems while finding the right candidates. This includes candidates not sending proper resumes, having improper resumes, communication issues, and not responding appropriately.
I would like to understand the expectations of human resource managers and recruiters from candidates. What kind of attitude do candidates need to have during the process? What kind of skill sets, both hard and soft skills, do they need to possess when applying for jobs?
I am conducting this research as I am planning to start personality development and soft skills training sessions in Nashik. By analyzing the data collected, I will be able to provide the necessary training to candidates. My objective is sincere. Once I receive the data, I will also share it with this group.
I kindly request human resource managers and recruiters to fill out the online questionnaire provided in the link below. For those who prefer not to disclose their names, they can simply put anything in the name section but please provide all other necessary information correctly. This will enable us to assist aspiring candidates in obtaining their desired jobs and developing the right skill set and attitude.
I hope the admin will approve this post.
Thank you,
Aditya Vartak

Dear Mr. Aditya Vartak,
What you are going to do is old hat. Nothing new about it. In fact, you have identified a few challenges that HR professionals face. Anyway, these are repeated below:
1. Ability to explain what is written in the resume.
2. A resume free from grammatical mistakes.
3. Good communication skills. It means being descriptive or having the ability to explain the terms associated with his/her profession.
4. Communication skills also require the ability to use idioms, phrases, or appropriate words to convey one's viewpoint effectively.
5. Presentation skills. They should not have stage fear.
6. They should understand the importance of possessing a learning attitude. They should know what is meant by a learning attitude.
I think the above points are sufficient.
Thanks,
Dinesh Divekar
