I joined a manufacturing company 7 months ago. In the appointment letter, it was mentioned, "You will be on probation for a period of 3 months from the date of your joining. During the probationary period, your remuneration shall be as given below," and "During the period of probation, your services may be terminated without any notice and without assigning any reasons, therefore."
"After completion of the probationary period, one month's notice is required to be given by either side before resigning from the services of the company." My net salary is 25050, and my monthly CTC is 28650.
Upon joining, they had me sign a Non-disclosure form typed on a 20 rupee stamp paper, mentioning that my notice period would be 60 days.
I have not received my confirmation letter to date. They have now begun to subject me to mental stress by demanding that tasks be completed before the end of the day, which is challenging without vendor support in reality. I reached out to a vendor for assistance, and they estimated that the minimum cost would be approximately 29k, requiring at least 2 days to complete the work.
I have decided to resign immediately. What should I do?

Hi,
You shouldn't have signed a 20 rupees stamp paper. You should have checked with HR why there are different notice period clauses in different documents. Express your difficulties and unwillingness to continue, and request an amicable relieving with your current employer.

Even if you did not get your letter of confirmation from the company, it is deemed that you have been confirmed in service, as you did not receive any communication from the company regarding the extension of your probation period.
As you executed an NDA with the company, the terms stipulated in the agreement shall be binding on you, and you need to adhere to it if you desire to have a smooth exit from the company.
