I am working in the IT Service Industry as an HR. Our company mainly deals with Digital Marketing services, Mobile application development, and Graphics designing. One of our developers has a salary of 16 lakh 80 thousand per annum, 1 lakh 40 thousand per month. Currently, we deducted 28,000 Rs/- per month for tax, but he is not willing to accept such a deduction. I have suggested that he submit tax-saving or any investment papers to reduce his tax burden, but he is adamant about not transitioning from a permanent employee to a contractual basis. Therefore, I am seeking a robust contractual agreement template that includes all relevant points. This will ensure that before he leaves the project, he will consider the implications thoroughly so that neither the client nor the project suffers. Your support in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
