I am working with Concentrix India from last 5 yrs in email Department. I am now forced to take calls which I am not comfortable taking. They are torturing me. I have now put my resignation but they are forcing and torturing me to take calls.
My question is if I resign instantly and I have leave balance of 10 , will that be adjusted in full and final settlement will be done from my salary. I will have to pay anything.
