My boss asked me to create a Training Module for our company. I am struggling to understand how to do this since I am not a technical person. We use languages like Angular, .Net, PHP, C++, C#, Java, etc. If any of you have any training programs or modules, could you please share them with me?

If you are not a technical person and do not know about these programs, then how are you going to do the training? It will be a total waste of time and energy.
What is your plan? Do you intend to take someone else's training which you will not understand, and then just stand there and read the words on the PowerPoint? THAT is not training. The staff will need hands-on technical training.
You need to contract this task out to a professional to do the training needs analysis and then write and deliver the required training for the employees.

Very easy. Sit with your HODs or technical heads. Take inputs from them like the kind of training topics you have mentioned. Identify who needs what kind of training. There are a lot of IT training companies in metro cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, etc. Catch hold of two or three companies, get quotations, and other terms and conditions.
