Sir, my 1st PF and pension claim withdrawal got rejected with the reason "LAST CONTRIBUTION DOES NOT TALLY WITH DOE." The employer submitted a Loss Of Pay copy to the PF office, and the same was uploaded on Grievance. However, when I raised a new claim request, it was rejected for the reason "NO CONTRIBUTION RECEIVED THROUGH SERVICE PERIOD."
I kindly request your guidance on resolving this issue so that new claim requests will not face rejection.
